Hoy se ha aprobado la instalación de una termoeléctrica en Punta de Choros, en La Higuera, Cuarta Región. Movimientos ambientalistas, y la población entera viene manifestandose y suplicando que se respete la reserva marina mas importante del país. Punta de Choros, Chile
A new huge thermoelectric plant has been approved by the Chilean government to be build in Punta Chorros, Chile, the second largest wildlife reserve in the country. The plant turns coal into electricity. The burning of coal will foul the delicate local environment.
